We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement within 30 days of pickup. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.
Once the wine is received we will arrange for a replacement bottle. If the original wine selection is sold out or otherwise unavailable, we reserve the right to replace the flawed bottle with a bottle of equivalent value and quality.
Wine Club members agree to a 3 month minimum commitment and Club member authorizes their credit card to be charged the Wine Club fee on the 1st of the month. After the initial 3 months, Club member may cancel at any time without penalty, subject to the following: Cancellations must be completed before the 23rd of the month to take effect that month. Cancellations after that date will take effect after the upcoming month’s wine club delivery.
